Try to stop yourself from saying any negative nagging in your mind or out loud for the day – or the coming week!

Write a truthful statement / declaration to say daily eg:

🔥 I am an overcomer
🔥 I am fearfully and wonderfully made
🔥 I have good things to bring to the world
🔥 I am a child of God
🔥 I am God’s good idea
…and more!
