“Prayer Shot” – January summary

On Tuesday 3rd January, a small group of Staff Team, Filling Station Hosts and guests, gathered to pray online, led by Brian and Trevor.

Isaiah 43:19 (AMP) – “Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.”
Psalm 127:1 – “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it.”
Revelation 21:5 – “I make all things new.”
Isaiah 40:31 –“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Hebrews 12:2 – “looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
2 Corinthians 5:17-21 – “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

Renewal Conference 2022 – thank you that the Lord’s name was declared and lifted high. Not just by words but by power!

Unity – as the Lord gathers His people together in teams
God’s strategy for the team

Praying for Host Teams to catch God’s vision. We pray for courage for each of the groups, host teams to step out in full assurance.

The classic picture of a high, snowy mountain, with climbers. Planting a flag, but below the summit. A sense of achievement, but not at the top. Feel the Lord saying that our work is not finished! The air is thin and we need the strength to persevere. And we need to be sure-footed. So often we look to those who go to the summit route, as the people who pioneer – but there are always people who are at base Camp and do the moving and shaking.
