We had a wonderful evening together on Sunday at our outreach Christmas Carols, for our national campaign, ‘The Gift’.
Evangelist, John Wilkinson, brought a word of encouragement.
One lady was healed of a knee problem and was jumping up and down to show all was good following John’s prayer for her. Another person was healed of Tinnitus!
Feedback to the Host Team that evening included:
“Wow, what an extraordinary Carol service tonight. Never in all my years have I heard /experienced a Carol service like it. From start to finish, and beyond. The music was for want of a better phrase ‘haunting’. Starting with the lone violin playing O Come O Come Emmanuel. Wow! Accompanied with the on screen line drawing revealing The Birth of Christ. The words of the carols came to life as if hearing them for the first time. I cried from start to finish. The violin accompaniment to the short clip of The Snowman, ‘Walking in the Air’ reminded me of our youngest Grandson when he was 2 watching it on continuous play. Wow! Just Wow. John was exceptional. Thank you. So wished I could have taken our neighbour!”
Someone else commented: – “Excellent event. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great to have an Evangelist bring the word.”

What is FillingStation@home?
Our initial vision for FillingStation@home was to serve and resource small groups across the country.
However the majority of people who have been part of @home over the last year have done so as individuals or couples.
It also became clear that the technology for really good live worship is still not here. High quality live music requires more bandwidth than Zoom seems to be able to deliver!
Rather than pressing on with the original vision regardless, we decided to embrace what @home has become. To make @home more sustainable for 2024 we have moved from bi-monthly to monthly, with curated pre-recorded worship and without the watch again facility.
