Andrew Evans at Box TFS Tuesday 9th April
Being Honest with God.
After the Easter celebrations we are really looking forward to meeting next week on Tuesday 9th April at 7.30 pm (coffee and cake from 7pm).
We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming back Rev Andrew Evans as our guest speaker. He will be speaking about being honest with God, particularly about our hopes for His church.
Andrew is the vicar of 3 local churches, in Holt, Broughton Gifford and Great Chalfield. Andrew was a solicitor in private practice for 20 years before being called to ministry in the Church of England. He is passionate to see God’s Kingdom come here in Wiltshire, to see churches healthy and growing, and to see the gospel proclaimed alongside signs of the Kingdom. His talks are always led by the Spirit and speak to us in the moment, leading into a powerful time of prayer ministry.
Our musical worship will be led by Tim and Judith Clarke. They regularly lead the worship on the Father’s Heart courses and it is a real pleasure to welcome them to Box Filling Station next week.
Do come along and bring friends, family and neighbours. We will be in the Methodist Church on the A4 as usual (please park in the Recreation Ground car park at the bottom of Valens Terrace or on the Devizes Road), doors open at 7.00 PM for coffee and cakes, starting at about 7.30 and finishing at about 9.30.
