New Year / New Start
Our first meeting of 2025 went off with a bang!
James Miller led a spirit filled worship set, and James Nickols spoke about Saul chasing donkeys, and challenged us not to chase our own ‘donkeys’ of fame, fashion and finance, and to re-commit to putting God first in our lives.
The new venue at the Salvation Army in Stowmarket was ‘a-buzz’ with over 50 attendees.
Thanks go to Heather and Jackie and the hospitality/baking team for providing such wonderful delectables, including stunning sausage rolls, along with cakes and the ubiquitous chocolate crunch.
It was a wonderful start to the New Year, and final thanks must go to God for His presence through the Holy Spirit during the evening. We look forward to more of His presence during this year.
