We had a marvellous first meeting of 2016 on January 12th;  a great gathering of old friends and lots of new people, which was lovely.  As usual Jackie Biernat and her band led us in worship most beautifully and Deborah Mitchell came down from Elgin to talk to us in a very inspired and inspiring way, urging us to take up the authority given to us by God to see the furtherance of his kingdom, for us to shine for the Lord.  “You are who you are today in Christ…. Get the word of God and use it as a sword….. Know who you are in God.”

Also, Brian Boardman sang us a lovely song/prayer of blessing which he had put together from “Aaron’s Blessing” with an old tune, to which he had added a new verse which he called the Lochiehead Blessing – beautiful.  Altogether a memorable evening.

Our next gathering is on Tuesday 9th February, when we will as usual open our meeting at 7.30pm at Lochiehead Farm, Auchtermuchty KY14 7EH, with tea, coffee and homemade cakes and biscuits.  Then Jackie’s band will start our worship at 8pm, before our February speaker, John Scott, talks to us with words of wisdom and teaching.
