Sat 13th July Meeting
What a wet day again we had at York Filling Station on Saturday the 13th July. We met in Askham Bryan Village Hall, due to the weather preventing us meeting in the garden as planned, but our time was intimate and refreshing. Our guest speakers Dave and Veronica Podbury brought good teaching, testimony of their journey, Veronica’s introduction to her book called Vigil and a time of prayer ministry at the end of the meeting. We had Holy Spirit lead worship with Ruth Clarke and her assistant Jess, whom brought an intimacy for us all in the presence of God and real touch of heaven in the place. A blessed time of prayer ministry which, 6 people came up for prayer. The home made cakes and fresh ground coffee filled the air and a sense of a family community was mentioned in this emerging gathering of believers and none. We are excited for the work of God in all who come. We hope you can join us on Saturday the 17th August. All welcome!
