Richard is the overall Director of the Filling Station network. His brief is to grow the number and effectiveness of all of the Filling Station meetings now appearing in Britain and abroad.  He speaks and ministers prophetically across the Filling Station network, and speaks internationally at conferences and churches, demonstrating the presence and power of God.  He has been involved with church planting and led churches in London, Bristol and Cape Town, South Africa.  He is married to Jo (Prayer, Pastoral & Mercy Ministries) and has two adult daughters.

James is our Chief Operations Officer, and also supports and encourages Filling Stations in South East England.  Based in West Sussex, he trains teams as well as speaking across the region.  Recently, James took on the role of International Consultant and currently covers Bulgaria, Norway, South Africa and the USA.  He is passionate about encouraging and equipping Christians to overflow with the presence of God as they speak about and live out their faith.  Having studied at Ridley Hall in Cambridge, James was ordained into the Church of England in 2000.  He has been involved in leading churches in London, Plymouth and South Africa.  He is married to Bethia and has three children.

Simon supports and encourages Filling Stations in the South West of England.  Based in Shaftesbury, he is a recognised Prophet internationally, having worked with prophetic councils in the nation and across Europe.  Simon has a heart for mission and has travelled to many nations training and equipping people prophetically.  He runs a monthly ‘School of the Prophets’, and hosts our ‘Equip & Empower’ online training, alongside Hellie (our Regional Consultant for the Midlands & Wales).  Alongside his wife Philippa, he has been involved in Church leadership for over 20 years.  Together they run ‘The Sanctuary’, a day and night house of prayer, worship and prophecy.  Additionally, Simon has hosted ‘Clear Vision’, a yearly prophetic conference to envision and equip the body of Christ, for the last decade.  Since 2024, this has been running in January, in Cheltenham.  Simon has three adult sons.

Laura is responsible for encouraging evangelism across the Filling Station network. Not only is she an Evangelist, she is a qualified midwife (BSc) Hons and has a post grad certification in Missiology. In 2023, Laura published, ‘Losing Liberty, Finding Freedom’. She has also worked for various charities over the past few years in a leadership and management capacity.  Since she was saved by Jesus Christ in 1992, she has been a lifelong advocate for women and an ambassador for positive mental health.  She has a passion to see people set free and delivered.  Although Laura lives in Yorkshire, she travels regularly, speaking internationally!  Laura also works as an Associate for Gospel Entrepreneurs and along with her husband Rob, runs the Harrogate Filling Station. She has three adult children.

Hellie supports and encourages Filling Stations in the Midlands & Wales.  She is a prophetic Bible teacher, supporting our network with leadership development and training for prophecy and prayer, which includes our ‘Equip & Empower’ online training.  Based in Cheltenham, she is a recognised Prophet internationally, having worked with prophetic councils in the nation and across Europe.  Alongside this she has a heart to equip and support leaders in their roles (paid and voluntary) for a variety of churches.  Alongside Simon, (Filling Station’s Regional Consultant for the South West), Hellie hosts ‘Clear Vision’, a yearly prophetic conference to envision and equip the body of Christ.  Since 2024, this has been running in January, in Cheltenham.  Hellie is also Young Adults Pastor at Trinity Church, Cheltenham.  Hellie is married to Mike, and has four teenage & adult step-children.

Lisa is our Operations Manager, who ensures everything within the network is running smoothly!  Alongside providing administrative support to the Regional Consultants and our Staff team, she provides an integral position within our team to make things happen. This includes our our annual Renewal Conference.  Lisa has an intercessor’s heart and activates much of our prophetic prayer.  She also supports Amanda with marketing support for teams.  Lisa serves on the Cheshire Filling Station team and has a heart for worship, growing in intimacy with God and supporting those with mental health difficulties.  She is based in the Delamere Forest near Chester with her two teenage daughters.

Jo leads our pastoral care at the Filling Station and has a wonderful heart for prayer and intercession.  She also leads the ‘mercy’ side of the ministry and so in the area of outreach, Jo has developed a partnership with Hands at Work. ‘Hands’ is a Christian charity working with poor and vulnerable children in sub Saharan Africa. Over the years, Jo has also spear-headed many of our evangelism outreaches, including linking up with J.John. She also enjoys teaching at Filling Station meetings.  She has a graduate diploma in Kingdom Theology from Westminster Theological Centre.  She has been involved in church leadership for over 20 years.  She is married to Richard (Filling Station Director) and they have two adult daughters.

Trevor supports and encourages Filling Stations in Yorkshire and East Midlands.  Based in Rotherham, he has been in Church leadership since 1992.  He is passionate about this once ‘Godly Nation’ of the UK turning back to its Christian Roots, and will talk to anyone about Jesus!  He loves to share the gospel and an encouraging word to all he meets and in this, is a great support to our team and his Filling Station meetings.  He has a passion to see Filling Station to advance globally!  Additionally, in 2024, partnering with Vale of York Filling Station, Trevor helped plant a new meeting in Dnipro, Ukraine.  Trevor also works for the local council doing IT Support.  Trevor is married to Anisa and they have two adult daughters.

Craig supports and encourages our Filling Stations meetings in Scotland and is based in the Scottish Highlands (Lossiemouth). He is particularly gifted in leading worship, whether at our Renewal Conference or online at FillingStation@home.  Along with his wife Denise, they launched ‘Refuel’, the annual family Christian festival in the grounds of Gordon Castle, Fochabers. ‘Refuel on the Road’ was born out of this: Craig travels across Scotland, with a team of volunteers bringing worship and evangelism to many small towns across the nation.  He is also willing to travel to encourage and guide any Filling Station in operation or wishing to set up north of the Border!  Additionally, Craig & Denise run a Town Planning & Architectural practice, alongside his Filling Station role.

Amanda leads our marketing, media and communications, with both the Staff Team and across our Filling Station network.  She supports and enables teams by equipping them to up their game in marketing and design.  She also writes and designs our annual magazine, flyers, emails, social media and anything communications related!  Based in Cumbria, she runs an artist’s studio with her husband in the historic grounds of a 14th Century fort, where they have a jewellery, woodturning and photography business.  Amanda also loves to empower young people in their God-given identity, helping them to overcome challenges and to see how they were designed to be.  She recently welcomed a baby daughter.

Brian supports and encourages Filling Stations in the North West.  Based near Ulverston, Cumbria, he looks after all our Filling Station meetings between Cheshire and the borders of Scotland, on both sides of the Pennines.  Brian is an experienced church leader, with clear pastoral and teaching gifts.  He is currently a Church of England Vicar, leading several parishes in the South Lakes.

From Easter 2025, David and Suzanne will support and encourage Filling Stations in East Anglia.  We are delighted to welcome them on to the Filling Station Staff team!  Gifted in teaching, prophecy and the pastoral care of others, their desire is to equip people to bring in God’s kingdom wherever they are.  They love ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit and have seen many people healed, tangibly experiencing a touch of God’s glory.  Together, they have been on several missions to India and Albania and spent three years in Tokyo, where they started a house fellowship.  They run Aylesbury Vale Filling Station and have three adult children and three grandchildren and a dog!
