Online Gift Aid Declaration Form

This should be completed by each individual tax payer that wishes to enable the use of Gift Aid.

By sending this online form, you will enable the Filling Station Trust to reclaim the tax deducted from your gift. However, this is only possible if we are able to identify the money as coming from you. This can be done by:

  1. Set up a Standing Order or BACS payment from your bank account to:

  2. A cheque from your personal account, placed in a sealed envelope posted to,  Mr Richard Fothergill, and made out to:-
    ‘The Filling Station Trust’
    Copper Jon, Town Head
    Troutbeck
    Cumbria
    LA23 1PP
  3. You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying the Treasurer online.
  4. If you are a higher rate tax payer, please remember that we only reclaim tax at the basic rate – you can reclaim further relief by including donations on your tax return.

    I wish the Filling Station Trust to reclaim tax on all my donations to it (including any made since 6 April 2012). All my donations are to be treated as 'Gift Aid Donations'. I am a UK taxpayer. I understand that I must pay tax equal to or exceeding the tax deducted from my donations. I will notify the Treasurer of the Filling Station Trust in writing if at any time I believe this will not be the case and will advise of any change of address.
