New Filling Stations opening across the UK
Several new Filling Stations will be opening in the autumn months across the UK. The recent, highly successful ‘Refuel17’ teaching holiday week in Gordon Castle, Morayshire, has stimulated interest in potentially four new Filling Station meetings north of the border. Teams from Inverbervie (Aberdeenshire), Bo’ness (E Lothian), Ardfern (Argyle) and one more in the Borders, are all working to start monthly celebration meetings. In Northern Ireland a second Filling Station is being discussed, as are other location options in Wales. In England, teams are getting together in N.Devon, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and W.Berkshire. Filling Stations have got the green light to start in Gisburn, Lancashire serving Settle, Clitheroe, Skipton & Pendle (‘The Ribble Valley FS’) and South Herefordshire, the first meetings in both of those counties. The FS Trust’s Regional Consultants across the nation are encouraging and equipping the local teams who want to run these meetings. To find out more about these new gatherings, watch this website or contact your local Regional Consultant (Director) at our end – their details are listed on this site, about what is going on in your neighbourhood. Over 5,000 people now attend a Filling Station somewhere each month at over 90 sites.
