August meeting report
We all know that Jesus is our Saviour but do we know He should also be our LORD? He chose to be our Saviour; we need to choose to make Him our Lord. What does that mean? Well, most of us are keeping an eye on the Olympics, where a lot of people are trying to gain top place – to be the best, number 1, the only position they want, not second nor third, but first. Well, that’s the spot where we should put Jesus – and we should fight just as hard as the Olympians to keep Him there. Two highlights of the day were an excellent buffet, and a great response for prayer. There is more to come!
