Simon is a prophetic minister, worship leader and teacher who loves to train and equip the body to hear the voice of God.

He has worked with prophetic councils in the nation and across Europe and has been gathering prophetic voices from the South West for 20 years. Simon has a heart for mission and has travelled to many nations training and equipping people prophetically. He is married to Philippa and has three boys.

Prophesy over me was set up by Simon & Philippa Baddeley to enable as many people as possible to be strengthened, encouraged and comforted through prophetic ministry in a safe environment (1 Cor 14:3). Along with their experienced team, over the last 20 years they have seen thousands around the world receive prophetic words about their destiny, the call of God on their life and their identity as believers.

Together they have pioneered The Sanctuary (www.the-sanctuary.co.uk / www.facebook/thesanctuary247), School Of The Prophets, and Clear Vision, a yearly prophetic conference to envision and equip the body of Christ. They have 25 years of leadership experience and Simon is also involved with prophetic councils in the UK and across Europe.
