You must not serve them or bow down to them. 8But you are to hold fast to the Lord your God, as you have until now.

9“The Lord has driven out before you great and powerful nations; to this day no one has been able to withstand you. 10One of you routs a thousand, because the Lord your God fights for you, just as he promised. 11So be very careful to love the Lord your God.

2 Corinthians 3:17  “The Lord is Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

Matthew 18: 18 – 20  “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be^[e] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be^[f] loosed in heaven. ¹⁹ “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. ²⁰ For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.
